We are a rock band in the true sense of the word and proud of it.
Rock means many things to so many people, but the origins of rock are what we aspire to…Freedom, Injustice, Love, Hate, War – all the things that somehow touch you and then become part of your life.
OK you could say that about all music and that’s true, but you have to mean it with heartfelt emotion and soul – that is what The Jakals are all about.
We dearly want people to be inspired by our music, not because we think we are the best at what we do, but because we have a message and that we are all a very small part of an important musical journey.
The Jakals are part of a new wave of realisation that real rock music is not dead or sleeping but it has a pulse, It’s got passion, emotion, excitement and most of the time It’s bloody good fun.
The truth is, It’s never really been away, just hiding.
Hear The Jakals, or come and see us live, make your own mind up and share the journey with us.
